Before the meeting, each attendee receives a short email with a single behavioural nudge tied to a LEAP dimension.
Attendees respond with one click — the system tracks engagement and adapts future nudges to each person's growth areas.
Executives see real-time dashboards showing inclusion behaviour across their organisation — not just training completion.
